    This training is intended to boost your condition whether you are recreational or want to become the next Rico Verhoeven. It is mainly aimed at high intensity and strength, with few rest moments. The exercises consist of combinations on the bag, punch pads and kick pads that coincide with different abdominal exercises.

    The training is 1 on 1 or if you want to bring a friend 2 on 1. This composition allows for more personal attention and allows you to train to the maximum under experienced supervision. You get a discount if you bring a friend!

    It is also possible to buy sessions upfront, you will receive a stampcard from us with your first training. Options in 5 or 10 sessions.

      Ik wil mijn conditie behouden en technieken verbeteren. Deze training was precies aangepast op wat ik nodig had en aankon, met een push erin. Door de begeleiding van Anish lukte het toch om dingen te doen waarvan ik niet dacht dat ik ze kon! De training is gestructureerd met een warming up en cooling down, zodat de risico's op blessures kleiner zijn, wat erg fijn is. De 60 min vliegen voorbij, het is zeker een aanrader!!

      Het was een intensief uurtje waarin wij een combinatie van onder andere hit oefeningen en cardio moesten doen. Het was voor mij de eerste keer, een leuke challenge en ik zou dit zeker aanraden!!
