Shipping and Returns
1.1 Can I return my order ?
Yes, of course ! In accordance with legal rules, you may return the entire order within 14 days without giving any reason. We prefer to receive the product back in its original condition and packaging as much as possible.
We expect you to handle the products with care and to open/unpack and/or use them to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The direct costs for return shipments are for the account and risk of the buyer. If these have been paid, you will receive a refund of the previous shipping costs within a period of 30 days.
If wear or damage has occurred, this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You can submit your return via the form on the right or even easier via your own account.
1.2 What are the shipping costs ?
The shipping costs are free with an order value above 30 euros.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs of € 3.95 will be added
The shipping costs are free with an order value above 50 euros.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs of € 12.95 will be added
1.3 I ordered the wrong size.. can I change it ?
Ofcourse you can, it is always difficult to estimate through online shopping.
If you have created an account with us, the exchange will be a lot easier.
If you have not done so, you can submit your request to k[email protected], with "Wrong size" in the subject line.
Exchange is only possible if we believe that there are no visible signs of use/wear and/or damage.
1.4 How long before my order arrives ?
Within NL: We use a standard delivery time of 2 to 3 days from the moment the order is processed. If it takes longer, we will notify you a.s.a.p.
Within EU: 3 - 5 days
International : 5 - 7 days
If you order on Monday, but the order is processed on Tuesday morning, from that moment it is 2 to 3 days until it arrives.
However, we don't have any control over the carrier and it's transport planning. So the given delivery days are indicative.
1.5 I gave the wrong address ?!
